Joining members4 - The West Kent Military Lodge is extremely pleased to announce that at the January 2024 Lodge meeting 6 (six) new joining members joined its ranks. Of the 6 new members 3 are unattached Freemasons or Freemasons from outside of the Province. All of the new members are either ex-serving soldiers or individuals with close ties to the Armed Forces and/or charitable organisations.

We are also extremely pleased to announce that we have the potential of 6 initiates in 2024/25. 4 (four) these initiates are ex-military personnel. We also hope that the 2 (two) soon-to-be joining members (that are simply waiting for their certificates to be issued by UGLE and presented to them by the Lodge), will join us at the April meeting (fingers crossed that the administration is sorted in time). Both are ex-forces.

We are also informed that 3 (three) further joining members will bring their completed application forms to the April meeting and we hope to be able to read the details of these applications forms in open Lodge. Again all are either ex-military or have close ties with the Forces.

Finally we also have 7 (seven) expressions of interest to join our Lodge from ex-serving personnel, which we hope to covert to applications over the next two seasons.
