Beauchamp Lodge by-laws have:
- Been reviewed and amendments have been proposed
- The proposed amendments have been read and deemed necessary during a stated meeting
- Been sent to the Provincial Secretary in writing for formal approval by the Province
The new By-Laws state: The Lodge shall meet at the Masonic Hall, Wilmington, Kent and shall hold regular meetings on the 4th (fourth) Friday in January and October and the 1st (first) Friday in April (subject to bank holiday) and June at such hour as the Master shall direct.
