Joining members9 - update

At the June 2025 meeting a ballot was held for a candidate for Initiation, the ballot proved successful. The candidate will therefore be initiated at our very next meeting (24th October 2025).

At the June meeting the Membership Officer also announced that he was in contact with another potential candidate for initiation. The candidate was due for interview later in the month (June).
This interview has now been held and, the candidate proving himself to be a worthy candidate for membership, his details will be read out at the October meeting with a view to initiating him (it is hoped) at the January 2026 meeting (23rd).

These new members will take us ever nearer to the magic 50 subscribing members we were striving to achieve (in our 50th year at Wilmington)! We are but a few short at the moment.

In addition we also have a number of other expressions of interest (to join our Lodge) from ex-serving personnel (12 in total). It is hoped to convert these expressions of interest over the next season.
